To busy to improve?

This week we will look at the issue of sacrificing the future for the present. This is a big issue on all levels of an organization. How many executives will sacrifice the future to uphold share prices today. Bonuses and job security have a lot to do with this decision but the future of the company may come as the price for this decision.

As we implemented changes in our work place this was one of the largest discussions and obstacles we faced. This cartoon was one of the ways we showed the how the thinking had to change

Friday we will look more in depth at the issues and potential risks of leaning to far toward today and to close to the future.
